No title because I don't have one yet (or maybe ever)
It was a rainy evening, the sunlight barely peeking through the dark clouds, so the world was dark, even if it was just after 17:00.
She went up the few steps, closed her umbrella, went inside, quickly took of her shoes, barely remembered to lock the door and went to the kitchen.
"Hi dad"
"Hi, love. Dinner will be in..."
He turned around to check the timer.
He was an older man, hair starting to grey, tall, but other than that, absolutely average. Except for the eyes. He had bright, blue eyes. People often call those "ice-blue", but Clara always tried to call them "sky-blue", since calling them "ice-blue" would imply ice is blue, which it obviously isn't.
"about 17 minutes, give or take. How was school?"
"I mean... good? Ok? Just... normal"
